Our P&C companies specialize in program insurance, a fast-growing segment of the industry that targets niche classes of risk. Our portfolio includes specialty hybrid insurance carriers within Everspan Group and our insurance distribution division, Cirrata Group, which includes several managing general agencies and underwriters (MGAs/MGUs), as well as wholesale brokerage operations. Ambac provides the infrastructure and support to allow our businesses to do what they do best—profitably underwrite risk.
